Had really great SUV buying experience at Rosenthal, specially the Sales Specialist - William Cramer. He is very polite, Knowledgeable and helpful in the whole process. He provided lots of technical details about MDX during the test drive. He also arranged little 'surprise' celebration for my wife, (she had no idea that I already bought her dream car in the morning). After 2 days of purchase, I realized that I forgot my kid's music CD in my Trade-in car, and William tracked it down and kept it for me. Overall the whole car buying process was fun, stress free and with some good memories. Kudos to William Cramer. 🙂

I called to ask about the availability of a car in their inventory, the salesman said that the car was available. Before I left, I received a call that the car had indeed been sold, and told me "don't bother to come in". Anyways, I decided to go in regardless and found the exact vehicle that I was looking for. The salesman (Ned) was very patient despite my pickiness and found several cars in the compact SUV class to test drive. He let my wife and I form our own opinion, and was not pushy. He actually listened to what we wanted, not what they had to sell. Anyways, my best experience buying a car- and I have been through quite a bit!
