For first time customers, the heart of Service Department experience begins the first time you meet your Service Advisor. As you'll quickly discover, our Service Advisors are dedicated to helping Acura owners, not pressuring them to buy more than needed, but not neglecting to offer some small item they may need to achieving their objectives. Our Service Advisors consistently has the highest completion of Acura training in the district, and all are professionals with years of experience. As a result, Rosenthal Acura is the only dealer in the USA to have been awarded the Acura Precision Team award twelve consecutive years.

Appointments may be made by phone, email, at the Acura website, or directly from our website. Or, if you have a recent model Acura with OwnerLink, you can schedule appointments directly though your maintenance screen. You can also leave your car for servicing by using the Early Bird envelopes and the secure night-drop-box at our Service Department front door.

To make your life easier, we are open 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Friday and 8:00am to 4:00pm Saturday. In a hurry? Many services can be performed by our Express Service team in one hour or less. Relax in our client lounge if you like. Snacks and beverages are provided, satellite TV and wireless internet too.

Need a larger amount of work? Any repair or service that requires more than an hour and a half entitles you to use an Acura from our fleet of loaner cars if you wish. See your Service Advisor for details. We offer a free shuttle by our luxurious Acura MDX shuttle to and from the metro station several times in the morning and evening. Shuttle transportation can even be custom arranged within a ten mile radius for you. And any and all services include a free car wash and vacuum.
